The restored museum reflects the diversity of the Queens community through its diverse collection that includes Panorama, World’s Fair artifacts, Tiffany studio, and contemporary art. Likewise, the spaces are arranged in different assortments such as small moveable galleries, long open galleries, outdoor courts, and a gently sloped gallery leading up to the roof.

The Queens Museum is a source of inspiration for the local immigrant artist community, and the far-reaching view of Queens and Manhattan from the roof sculpture garden embodies this outgoing, progressive spirit.
